Jump Rope Daily Challenges

Jump rope is a fun, bone-strengthening activity that can be played year round — indoors or outside!

Throughout the month of February, the La Conner Club will hold Daily Challenges all geared towards jump rope. With benefits such as improved balance, burning calories, and strengthening bones,  Club members are getting a chance to get out and be active while learning how to set short term as well as long term goals for fitness. Triple Play

Triple Play Daily Challenges take place every day at the Club from 3:00-4:00pm.
