Costco Helps Fund Power Hour

Thank you Costco

Thank you Costco for helping Skagit Raise Great Kids.

Thank you to Costco for contributing $3,300 to help fund education program, Power Hour at all four of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County. Costco has been a supporter of BGCSC since 2003, generously donating to the Clubs, and to the Annual Breakfast Fundraiser.

Power Hour helps Club Members ages 6-18 develop academic, behavioral and social skills through homework completion, high-yield learning activities, and tutoring.

Thank you Costco for helping Skagit Raise Great Kids.

When Boys & Girls Clubs offer extended learning opportunities and educational enrichment programming during the non-school hours, like Power Hour, they help improve young people’s academic performance and encourage them to graduate from high school, pursue a post-secondary education and develop a lifelong love of learning. Homework completion is a critical component of young people’s academic success.
