Daily Challenges Are on the Mark

Throughout the month of April the La Conner Club has held Daily Challenges all geared towards track & field.  With a variety of challenges focusing on different events such as: sprinting, hurdling, discus, and shot put, members are getting a chance to get out and be active while learning how to set short term as well as long term goals for fitness.

Looking ahead to next month, May ¬†Daily Challenges are focusing on soccer. For members who would like to get a head start on pre-season conditioning, new to the sport, or just want to stay active by using elements of the world’s most popular sport.

Triple Play

Triple Play Daily Challenges take place every day at the Club from 3:00-4:00pm.
