Our Clubs offer daily programs with a focus on sports, recreation and fitness.

All members adopt a healthy diet, practice healthy lifestyle choices and make a lifelong commitment to fitness.

The health habits and self-care practices developed in childhood and adolescence affect an individual’s health and quality of life throughout adulthood.

We support this outcome by:

  • Provide a Club Experience that appeals to youth.
  • Teach members about basic nutrition and healthy eating.
  • Provide multiple ways for members of all ages to  engage in fitness activities, track fitness activity levels and reach out to inactive members. 
  • Teach decision-making skills.

To determine whether Members are on track to achieve this goal, there are several indicators we can measure.

Elementary School Indicators

  • Regular physical activity.
  • Good nutrition.
  • Physical fitness.

Middle School Indicators

  • Regular physical activity.
  • Good nutrition.
  • Physical fitness.
  • Avoidance of risky behaviors.

High School Indicators
