Sedro-Woolley Teens Food Drive

Sedro-Woolley Boys & Girls Club teens complete their 5th annual Food Drive.

The Sedro-Woolley Teens completed their annual food drive on November 15th.  Teens delivered grocery bags donated by Food Pavilion with a Boys & Girls Club Annual Food Drive flier attached to homes in the Sedro-Woolley Community. The teens then returned the following week to collect the donations, which were donated to The Helping Hands Food Bank. The teenagers collected just over 350 pounds of food this year! The Sedro-Woolley Teens continue to donate their time in the community to collect service hours towards their Year of Service and the President’s Volunteer Service Award. In conjunction with the food drive, our younger Club Members made more than 50 Thanksgiving “Thank You” cards for the Helping Hands Food Bank to give out in their holiday distribution of food. Thank you to our neighbors for donating to our annual Food Drive!
