Every Friday you’ll find Sedro-Woolley Club Members learning about recipes, measurements, weights, and food preparation as part of the Friday Cooking Club. Healthy Lifestyles Coordinator Shane Collins teaches members about healthy cooking techniques and nutrition through Cooking Club and the Healthy Habits programs. The Healthy Habits program increases Club Members’ knowledge and  skills toward healthy eating and active living. Cooking Club is a place where they can put all their knowledge to work AND reap the benefits!
