2017 – 2018 School Year Enrollment

Open Enrollment for new members begins on Aug 21, 2017. All families wishing to enroll must do so, in person, at their corresponding Club.

For families that are currently members, enrollment will open on August 1st, 2017. All memberships expire on Aug 31, 2017 and must be renewed for the new school year. Memberships are valid from September 1, 2017 to August 31st, 2018. Space is limited. We encourage families to re-enroll immediately, before Aug 21st, when Open Enrollment begins.

You can enroll your child at any time by stopping by during open Club hours at your local Club. To save time, download a membership form for each child, fill it out and bring it to the Club. All relevant forms are available to download from the menu on the right. Please allow approximately 30 minutes to register. 

Individual Clubs hours vary during the summer, but are typically Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. The La Conner Club is closed.

Attention Parents: Fee increase to begin on February 1, 2017. Below are the new fees.

Monthly Activity Fee:
Includes Drop-In hours: After school or afternoons on no school days.
$50 per child, $100 per family. 
Families that qualify for Free/Reduced School lunch: $30 per family. 

No School All Day (7am to close): 
$25 per day per child.  $75 per family.
Weekly Rate: $120 per child. $300 per family.

Annual Registration Fee:
$15 per child
$50 per family
Families that qualify for Free/Reduced School lunch: $5 per family. 

Teens: $10, one-time registration fee due at sign-up, $0 monthly fee.

*Reduced rates and scholarships determined on a per case basis.
